The objective of this project was to design and build a modern, transparent, and user-centric web platform for the Housing Regulatory Commission. The platform provides citizens, building managers, and homeowners’ associations with seamless access to essential regulations, public registries, official forms, and administrative updates.

• Intuitive Navigation: A structured, clean menu layout offering quick navigation to regulatory documents, training schedules, public procurements, and official contact channels.
• Public Registry Access: Direct integration and prominent CTAs for the Registry of Building Managers and the Registry of Contracts.
• Digital Complaints Submission: An integrated online form allowing citizens to easily submit complaints or inquiries regarding residential management services.
• Resource & Information Hub: Dedicated sections for institutional reports, budget disclosures, training session announcements, and public announcements.
• Fully Responsive Design: Optimized for smooth performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, focusing on fast loading times and accessibility.
